Thank you for your interest in becoming a registered vendor with Birmingham City Schools (BCS). The Purchasing Department uses Public Purchase, a web based e-Procurement system for Vendor Registrations and notification of solicitation/bid opportunities.
 
We are encouraging all vendors to register with Public Purchase.  Vendor Registration through Public Purchase is free; you do not have to pay a fee to receive notification of solicitations/bids or view solicitations/bids once registered.
 
You will receive an email from notices@publicpurchase.com letting you know when your account has been activated. It can take up to 24 hours to activate your account.
 
Once you have received your activation email from Public Purchase, you will need to accept the terms and conditions of use.  It is important that you accept the terms and conditions of use or you will not receive notification of BCS solicitation/bid opportunities from Public Purchase.

To Register:

 

 Click "Vendor Registration" to go to Public Purchase’s website.

 

 Under "Free Registration", select “Go to Register” and follow the instructions provided.
