Textbook Department Mission Statement

The mission of the Birmingham City Schools Textbook Department is to ensure that all students in the Birmingham City School System have the necessary textbooks and textbook resources to achieve academic success.

The Textbook Department coordinates all district, campus and state textbook transactions and procedures to include  textbook ordering, textbook distribution, bar coding, inventory and disposal of out-of-adoption textbooks.
