Role of a School Counselor

    • Coordinate Conflict and Bullying Prevention Programs
    • Student Advocate
    • Liaison between parent and school
    • Provide short term individual counseling
    • Provide group counseling
    • Provide classroom guidance
    • Assist with New Student enrollments
    • Work with parents and teachers/staff to provide students with a positive and safe environment
    • Work with outside/community resources to help provide a positive and safe environment for all students
    • Promote diversity within our school’s environment
