                Dr. Seuss

wise      Princeton's culture of leadership is infectious and life-changing!
My roots are deep in this great city of Birmingham. I come from a familyof 12 children and loving parents, Albert and Ethel. I begn my leadership journey by watching my parents as they provided for us the 1st example of leadership
through love, vision, hope, and strong work ethics.
As a result, I am a graduate of the Birmingham City Schools System, Brunetta C. Hill Elementary and Glenn High School.
I graduated from UAB with 2 degrees and 1 certification in Administration, followed by another degree from the University of Montevallo.
My parents' leadership example has inspired me throughout my life to serve and help others. This ultimately led me to principalship at PAES.
Here at PAES, we are determined and intentional about our development as leaders.
Each week we focus on a habit, the mindset we need to change, and how the change looks by the choices we make.
Our goals are to change from the inside (our thinking) out (our behavior).
We are learning that changing the way we think, changes our choices. This causes us to develop into the leaders we want to become.
Join us as we travel on this leadership journey and learn to make the difference in the world in which we live!
It is not easy but it is worth it.
