Helpdesk Team that specializes in all areas of Technology. Providing Instant Support and or Solutions to issues that occur within the district. Correctly dispatches ticketing information to give instant solutions to all problems regardless of what department manages the request. Proactively provides Technology Service Support, to quickly service on-site issues within a reasonable time.
Manages all Technology Infrastructure Environments. Providing analytical data and instant reports. Able to correct technological management issues in the infrastructure. To provide a seamless operation within the environment. Supports Device Management, whether it is Apple, Windows, Google, or Mobile Devices.
Provides IT development and engineering for systems, software, and infrastructures. Supports plans to implement future technological endeavors into the infrastructure.
