Hello! I'm Ms.McRae, and I am delighted to be a part of the Ramsay family as a dedicated math teacher. With a passion for both mathematics and education, I am committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment where students can develop a strong foundation in math and critical thinking skills. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Emory University, where I was fortunate to learn from some of the brightest minds in the field. My academic journey has provided me with a deep understanding of various mathematical concepts and their real-world applications.

My teaching philosophy revolves around the idea that every student can excel in mathematics with the right guidance and approach. I believe in tailoring my teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring that each student feels valued and supported in their mathematical journey. In my classroom, I prioritize interactive and collaborative learning experiences. I encourage students to ask questions, explore challenging problems, and engage in meaningful discussions. By creating an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere, I aim to instill a genuine enthusiasm for mathematics that goes beyond the classroom walls.

As a lifelong learner, I am always seeking ways to enhance my teaching strategies and stay updated on the latest advancements in mathematics education. This commitment to growth has pushed me to currently pursue my master's in education.
