Hello Bison Family! I am Ms. Viola Callens, the head secretary here at Malachi Wilkerson Middle School. My duties include but are not limited to greeting and assisting stakeholders with their needs, answering the telephone, making correspondence, enrolling and withdrawing students, requesting school records, printing report cards, managing time management for 30-40 employees, scheduling conferences/meetings, preparing requisitions for travel for faculty and staff, scheduling meetings, conferences, etc. and performing general office duties.
