"I am convinced that I must be a primary advocate for each student. I will continue to motivate students to learn so that they will be on the right path to success. This success will afford them the opportunities to become productive citizens in the world as well as will allow them to pass what they have learned on to others. In the end, I hope that every student whose life I've touched will take away a glimpse of that they will need to carry them throughout their lives." Taken from J.G. Bryant's Teaching Philosophy

Teaching Math is a passion! If a family setting is established in the classroom, it allows the students to be in a nurturing environment where they feel respected, valued, and loved. Learning is a natural continuous process that can be mastered and then passed on to others. Sometimes various situations will challenge what you believe, and even if you're effectively teaching, there will be times of frustration. In those moments, your integrity and value will be tested, but I've learned that even the most difficult child still wants to learn and do well. With technology constantly emerging, an effective teacher would need to always look for ways to improve their teaching style and incorporate ways to reach all of their students. The overall "picture" is never quite complete because we must continue to grow to provide the best possible learning experience for each of our students.

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.----Mandela
