    My name is LaQuita Rudolph and this year I will be serving as the early literacy instructional coach 
    at Norwood. I have been a teacher at Lewis/Norwood Elementary for the past 21 years. 
    I earned my bachelor’s degree from Birmingham-Southern College, my master’s degree
    from the University of Southern Mississippi, and my educational specialist degree from
    the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  I am a Highly Qualified Teacher and a
    National Board Certified Teacher. I am delighted to be a member of the Norwood Family!
