Welcome back to the 2020 - 2021 school year!  It is a pleasure to teach General and Vocal Music here at South Hampton.  Music is the art of putting interesting, pleasing, and beautiful sounds together.  As students grow in the knowledge of music, they develop a better understanding of their culture and history, as well as those of others.  Students also learn that striving to master skills in music results in the achievement of goals.  Music is an integral part of society and is known as the universal language which touches everyone.
