Hello!

My name is Cassity Grigsby and I am a First Grade Teacher at Sun Valley! I am a proud product of Birmingham City Schools and graduated from Ramsay High School in 2010. I earned my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education as well as my Masters in Elementary Education from UAB (Go Blazers)! I completed my Ed.S in Early Childhood Education from The University of West Alabama in 2019. I have been teaching for five years and it is truly my calling and passion. I love teaching young learners their foundational skills and impacting their lives in the best way that I can!
