Though we are out for the break, the lessons should not stop. Physical activity is important in the lives of our students and our everyday lives as parents. Please make sure to exercise daily with your student as well as focusing on healthy eating habits that will promote positive developmental growth. Fruits, vegetables, and drinking water is essential in keeping the body strong. Sleep is also important for students. Students should be getting 6 -7 hours of sleep. Provided is a exercise work out that will help students stay fit during the break. Even in the midst of this situation, (COVI.D-19) students can still find ways to stay fit while being at home.
