Ms. La'Tausha Daniels, Ed.S. NBCT
Ms. Daniels is the Curriculum Coach for Putnam Middle School. As a member of the leadership team, she not only provides instructional coaching, but she also serves as the Data Manager, Building Test Coordinator, Technology Team Leader, Academic Team Leader, and more.
Ms. Daniels is a National Board Certified Professional Educator that specializes in Transformational Leadership and Data Driven Curriculum & Instruction. She is an alumna of Judson College, Lesley University, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education Degree through Samford University.
With over 15 years of educational experience, Ms. Daniels has served in multiple leadership roles and provided professional development to school districts across the country. She has collaborated with several non profits and organizations that address student success, such as the Mattie.C. Stewart Foundation and O2 Ideas for the Inside Out Drop Out Prevention Curriculum and National Education Association Minority Leadership Cadre.
She volunteers with civic organizations and non profits in the community by way of Hands On Birmingham and House of Electa #895 Order of the Eastern Star. She has proven success with establishing programs that empower young women. She served as the Curriculum developer and team leader for the Chosen Girls Rock program of the Mt. Zion Church, that serves girls in grades 3-8, and she is the Founder and CEO of The Good Girl Project Inc, which serves young ladies ages 13-25.
Ms. Daniels is a native of Birmingham, Alabama.
