Hello, my name is Mrs. Kimberly Green, and I will be your child's Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) resource teacher this school year. Students who are eligible to receive gifted services will participate in unit lessons & activities that are designed to develop higher order thinking, leadership, and affective needs through a concept-based curriculum. Many of these activities will also require the use of the creative thinking skills of originality, flexibility, fluency, and elaboration. They will cover a wide variety of subjects, including Tech Time and Genius Hour.

Students receive 1.5 hours of direct services per week. GATE Day for the scholars at Jones Valley is Thursday. Pull-out services will begin September 6, 2023
