Dr. Kimberly Hudson Smith
Greetings!
I am Dr. Kimberly Hudson Smith, the Library Media Specialist at Norwood Elementary School, and a proud product of the Birmingham City Schools System! I hold a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education, an M.Ed in Elementary Education with a Certification in School Library Media, an Ed.S in Curriculum, Instructional Management, and Administration, and an Ed.D in Organizational Leadership and Organizational Development. I attended Stillman College, Miles College, The University of West Alabama, Nova Southeastern University, and Grand Canyon University. This is my 21st year as an Educator, and I am still enthused and excited as I was in my first year! When you walk into the Library Media Center at Norwood Elementary, I want my excitement for learning to be CONTAGIOUS! It is my goal to convey a love for Reading, Innovative Activities, Maker Space, Writing, and Collaboration!
Respectfully,
Dr. Hudson-Smith
