Report Cards:
Students received report cards on Wednesday, March 20, 2019. 

Zoning & Feeder Pattern Community Meetings: Carver will be Thursday, April 4; Huffman will be Monday, April 15; Woodlawn will be Wednesday, April 17; Parker is TBD. All meetings will be at 6 p.m.

2nd ESL Community Meeting: Join us, parents and guardians of ESL students in grades 6-12 for food and discussion about experiences with Birmingham City Schools on April 2, 2019. Scholarship Opportunity: Are you a current senior deciding on which college you may attend? Let the Birmingham Education Foundation support you as you make your decision with the Explore Local Scholarship.

Pre-K Registration Now Open: Families are asked to visit https://alprek.asapconnected.com/ to pre-register and then complete the registration in-person with the Pre-K Department located at Parker High School.

Summer Fun and Learning Expo: View academic, enrichment and recreational opportunities for your child this summer on Saturday, April 27, 2019, at Bill Harris Arena from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. 

Kids in Jobs Program: This program, led by The City of Birmingham Mayor’s Office Division of Youth Services (DYS), puts kids to work by helping them cultivate the professional development necessary to become an integral part of the workforce.

Employee Recognitions: Do you know a BCS employee who has demonstrated exceptional customer service or goes above and beyond the call of duty? Nominate them for our Force For Greatness Employee Recognition awards.
