Birmingham City Council President Pro Tem LaTonya A. Tate revealed today that P.D. Jackson-Olin High School has been allocated $6,500 through this year's Discretionary Funding Initiative from her District 9 Office. Announced during a check presentation at the school today, the funds are designated to support expenses related to SGA, ROTC, FBLA, Band, Robotics, Art Club, Fashion Design, Choir, Home Economics, Debate Team Shirts, and Personal Hygiene Items.
