A day after committing to play football at Alabama A&M University, Ramsay senior Marquel Patterson was named a Rising Star by AmFirst and WBRC Fox 6.
Carrying a 4.14 GPA, Patterson is a member of the Superintendent Student Cabinet and a College Choice Foundation Bateman Scholar. In addition to playing linebacker (#25) for the football team, Patterson volunteers with Change Makers and Monday Manhood Club.
