Our Rams had an awesome time volunteering at a field day held at Oliver Elementary School today. Students helped organize lunch, paint students’ faces, run a bubble room, and facilitate games.
Summer Enrichment is flying by! Our Rams are taking advantage of this time by completing credit advancement, channeling their creativity in the library's Makerspace, volunteering, training for the upcoming athletic seasons, participating in internships and summer camps, honing their instrument playing skills, and more. Congratulations to Academy of Engineering scholar and Carver cheer team captain Jameria Harris for completing UAB Collat School of Business’s Collat CampBIZ program this week! Jameria participated in workshops that helped her perfect her elevator pitch, learn how to monitor business trends, develop and present a business proposal, and more. She is the business manager and designer for her clothing line, YCMP. We are excited to see her continue to develop her brand following this awesome experience.
