Student registration for the 2026-2027 School Year is open! Registration help is available at the school Monday-Thursday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Snap Codes are no longer valid. Parents MUST register using the Parent Portal. Please call the school at 205-231-8130 if you have any issues accessing your child's account . Please register early to beat the crowd and lengthy registration process during the first week of school.

A few friendly reminders for our families before school starts tomorrow:
1) The school doors open at 7:30 A.M., and so does our cafeteria! We welcome all of our students to start the day off strong with a healthy breakfast.
2) School dismisses at 3:00 P.M., and students will be brought outside by their teachers.
3) Students must be picked up no later than 3:15 P.M., this helps us ensure the safety of everyone at the school. If you realize you are running late for any reason, please communicate with your student's teacher and the front office.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone bright and early tomorrow to kick off a truly amazing school year!

Due to the threat of inclement weather, Birmingham City Schools will dismiss students early today, May 6, 2026. Employees will be dismissed at 2:00 p.m.
Student dismissal times are as follows:
Elementary Schools: 1:00 p.m.
High Schools: 1:30 p.m.
All after-school activities, including after-school care, have been canceled. Please work with your supervisor to ensure all student dismissal procedures are completed safely before leaving for the day.
Families will continue to receive updates through the district website, phone and text alerts, and Birmingham City Schools’ social media channels.
The safety of our students, families, and staff remains our top priority. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
Classes and normal district operations will resume on Thursday, May 7, 2026.
