Yesterday, we celebrated over 185 Rams who earned A and A/B Honor Roll with a special Magic City Classic-themed awards ceremony. Representatives from Alabama A&M University and Alabama State University energized our students. Pastor Vincent Curtis inspired everyone with his message, “Beyond the Gradebook.” Congratulations to all of our Rams! #ExcellenceistheStandard

Today marks a week since our Rams, Aaliyah and Amarius, have been experiencing Japan through the International Dual Enrollment Academy, a collaboration between Birmingham Sister Cities and Miles College. They are having a blast and learning so much! From meeting the mayor of Maebashi, visiting local schools, touring historical sites, and enjoying new cuisine, Aaliyah reports that everyone they meet is incredibly kind.
