Wenonah High School’s Jobs for Alabama’s Graduates (JAG) program earned both the "5 of 5" and "6 of 6" National Performance Awards at the 2025 JAG National Training Seminar in Louisville, Kentucky (July 14 – 18). The program received both the “5 of 5” and “6 of 6” National Performance Awards.
“5 of 5” Award – recognizes programs meeting or surpassing five key metrics: high‑school graduation, employment, full‑time employment, full‑time positive outcomes, and further‑education rate.
“6 of 6” Award – builds on the first five measures and adds the connectivity rate, which tracks graduates’ sustained engagement with school, work, or training during the 12‑month follow‑up period.
In addition to the program’s accolades, Dr. Marshall was personally honored as an Outstanding Specialist and High Performer for her leadership and student‑centered innovations.
