During its regularly scheduled board meeting, the Birmingham Board of Education recognized and honored middle school and high school athletics champions from Fall 2025.
Phillips Academy claimed the "quadruple crown" in the middle school team sports category, while Huffman, Jackson-Olin, Ramsay, and Wenonah took home state medals for indoor track. Finally, the Ossie Ware Mitchell Middle School Cheerleaders are AHSAA North Central Regional Champions and UCA National Championship Finalists!
