At the beginning of the school year, the eighth graders of Inglenook K-8 School wouldn't have expected they would be finishing the school year at Hudson K-8 School. After a storm caused extensive damage to their school, these scholars finished out the school year in unfamiliar surroundings.

However, after overcoming adversity, these middle schoolers are now officially moving on to high school! 🎉

To conclude Mental Health Awareness Month, our Peer Helpers in grades 3–5 participated in a poster contest designed to promote positive social-emotional well-being. Students from Huffman Academy, Phillips Academy, Hemphill Elementary, Hayes K-8, and Barrett Elementary proudly participated, showcasing both their creativity and their understanding of the importance of mental wellness.
